This is not legal advice. It covers use of this website and its free tool, not the commercial terms of the paid RGR service. Those are set out in a separate client agreement. Review before serious volume, same as the privacy policy.

Who this applies to

These terms apply to anyone using raynergarageretention.co.uk, run by Rayner Garage Retention(sole trader trading as Rayner Garage Retention). By using this site, including the free visibility check tool, you accept these terms.

The free visibility check tool

The tool at /tools/garage-visibility-check/ gives an automated, indicative score based on live data from Google's Places API at the moment you use it. It is provided for information only, is not guaranteed to be complete or current, and is not a substitute for professional advice about your business's marketing or search visibility. Scores can change at any time as your Google Business Profile, reviews, or competitors change.

To protect against excessive cost, the tool is rate limited per visitor and capped in total per day. If you're told the tool is at capacity, that's this limit, not an error. Try again later or book a call instead.

Google Maps Platform terms

The tool is built on Google Maps Platform. Your use of it is also governed byGoogle Maps Platform's Terms of Serviceand Google's Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference. Where any Google Maps Platform data is displayed on this site or in any generated document, Google's required attribution and logo are shown alongside it, and author attribution is shown wherever review content is displayed.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site or the tool to scrape, harvest, or build a database of other businesses' data; to attempt to bypass the tool's rate limits; to submit false information about a business you don't represent; or to interfere with the site's operation. We may block access for anyone doing this.

No warranty, limitation of liability

This site and the tool are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Rayner Garage Retentionexcludes all warranties and is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this site or the tool, except for anything that can't lawfully be excluded (such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Intellectual property

The site's text, design and the "Rayner Garage Retention" and "RGR" names belong toRayner Garage Retention. Data returned by the tool about your own business belongs to you or to Google, as applicable, not to us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
